Mixed media in an old box

Last July, at the Waterfront Festival, I met a couple who had several stories for me, one of which was about a gang leader called Captain Cutlass, who headed the Turquoise Gang. Mr Cutlass was a teddy boy – an illustrators dream come true – beetle crusher shoes, drape coats, & of course something I used to have… a quiff hairdo. So here you have a collection of the gang’s memorabilia, lovingly rearranged in a special presentation box…
